At the helm of Molina Real Estate is Jorge (George) Molina, RPA, Broker.   Jorge’s career started in Edmonton, Alberta and over the last +22 years he has held progressive roles including that of a Regional Director based in Calgary commanding over 5 million sq.ft. of commercial assets in a key Western Canada portfolio for one of Canada’s largest commercial real estate landlords.

As a seasoned real estate professional and licensed Broker, Jorge offers leadership & value from his experience overseeing portfolios in major and secondary markets throughout Alberta and more extensively covering a geographic area from Vancouver, BC to Winnipeg, MB.

More specifically, working for some of Canada’s largest landlords & developers as well as major regional real estate players overseeing assets in office, enclosed shopping centres, strip plazas, big box power centres and mixed use - new development projects involving residential and condominium components.

To be effective Jorge is involved in industry associations, holds an RPA designation from BOMI and maintains industry relationships throughout the real estate landscape. In addition, he has an interest in continued education and strongly believes in maintaining an awareness of the issues affecting all industry stakeholders which interests have allowed him to participate most recently in the creation of the Property Management: Road Map to Health, Safety and Compliance, resource guide.  This was specifically created for the Property Management industry in Alberta by the Alberta Association for Safety Partnerships (AASP).   Other industry accomplishments include the Broker of Record title from the British Columbia and Alberta Real Estate Councils.

Over the years Jorge has been involved in the community including coaching community soccer and basketball. When not working Jorge enjoys motorcycle touring, fly fishing, trying new hobbies and most importantly spending family time.
